Field Trip Updates & Rainy Day Plan

Dear Parents,

There is a high chance of rain on Friday. We will still attend the performance at the Tobin Center. We are changing our lunch location from Yanaguana Park to a covered pavilion at Brackenridge Park. If the rain is light or non-existent, we will eat lunch and play at Brackenridge Park after the concert. If the rain is pouring, we will return to campus for lunch and an indoor recess.

Here are a few things to keep in mind to prepare for our field trip.

• Students should dress in their school uniforms. (Students will NOT be permitted to wear spirit shirts on the field trip.)
• Students will also need to wear their school sweater or a coat. The forecast for Friday is about 50 degrees Fahrenheit when we plan to be outside.
• Students should bring a lunch packed in a paper or plastic bag with a water bottle.
