House Reading Competition
Help your student plan out 20 minutes of time to read daily. Your student must complete a reading every single day to be counted for House points!
The Week at a Glance:
In Grammar and Writing we will summarize information and turn our outlines into paragraphs with stylistic devices. We will review how to diagram indirect objects in sentences. In Math we will study geometry, perimeter, and finding the area of a shape. In Science we will study the biosphere, food chains, and distinguishing between producers, consumers, and decomposers. In Literature we are continuing to read the Voyage of the Dawn Treader Ch.9-10. In History we will be discussing the Atlantic Slave Trade and early American Colonial History.
