Your student should be actively working on their Science Study Guide and their Literature Study Guide every night this week.
Your student must read 4 days of the week to be counted for House points!
The Week at a Glance:
In Grammar and Writing we will continue to review basic sentence diagramming structures and we will practice descriptive writing. In Math we will graphing plot points and converting measurements. In Science we will take an assessment on Thursday over food webs, producers, consumers, decomposers, and adaptations. In Literature we will finish reading the Voyage of the Dawn Treader Ch.16, have a seminar, and take a test on Friday. In History we will be examining the causes of the American Civil War including the Missouri Compromise, abolitionists, and the Kansas-Nebraska Act.
